Frameless – for E46 M3 & M3 CSL

A real highlight for lightweight construction enthusiasts: our frameless carbon doors are the result of uncompromising engineering and precise craftsmanship.
Manufactured from a fiber composite of high-strength carbon fiber and aramid, the doors impress with their extremely low weight, high stability and perfect fit.

The doors are 1:1 interchangeable with the original steel doors and can be fitted plug & play – all standard components such as window regulators, windows, door trim and side impact protection can be retained.
At just approx. 3.5 kg per door, they are among the lightest CFRP doors on the market.

The result: a weight saving of around 19 kg per side including all add-on parts – with impressive strength and OEM appearance.

The combination of carbon and aramid fibers ensures an optimum balance between weight, strength and safety. Aramid also has an impact-resistant and energy-absorbing effect – ideal in the door area. Thanks to the frameless design, the result is a particularly sporty and modern look that perfectly underlines the character of the M3.

All doors are hand-laminated, cured in an autoclave and subjected to strict quality control. With material certificates and QM certification, every door meets the highest standards of safety and processing quality.
