More stability for E46 M3, E9X M3 and F8X M2 / M3 / M4

A thrust pad is a central reinforcement component in the front end. Made from lightweight yet robust carbon fiber, our thrust field contributes to improved rigidity and therefore more precise handling.

During development, we rely on special carbon and aramid fibersincluding high-strength and ultra-high modulus fiber types. A specially developed layup creates a perfect balance between weight reduction and increased torsional rigidity.

Compared to the original part, the weight is reduced by around 50 %, while the rigidity is increased by 15-20 %.
The thrust pad can be replaced 1:1 with the OEM component (plug & play).

The thrust field is a crucial element of the vehicle structure and contributes significantly to the precision of the steering feel.
Thanks to state-of-the-art fiber composite technology, the weight is almost halved without compromising stability – on the contrary: the torsional rigidity increases measurably by up to 20 %.

Like all Carbon Production GmbH components, the thrust field is made from certified prepreg fibers and laminated, hardened and tested to the highest quality standards.
