A variety of carbon

Since 2013, we have been manufacturing high-quality products from fiber composites. Our focus is on the production of CFRP, i.e. carbon parts. Our product range includes a variety of carbon components, in particular carbon parts for motorsport. Whether carbon body parts, Aeroparts and brake vents made of carbon or optical carbon parts like rear diffusersyou’ll find the right CFRP components for your motorsport needs here!

However, components made from fiber composites are also popular in many other industries due to their properties. Among other things, we therefore also manufacture OEM parts and device components for industrial requirements. However, the carbon parts we manufacture are often custom-made or produced in small quantities.

Quality that convinces

Our fiber composites bear the “Made in Germany” seal with pride and rightly so. We do not use “assembly line production”. All carbon parts that you order from us are handmade and individually tested. This is how we ensure that every part that leaves our factory is of the quality that we stand for with our good name. What makes carbon so special?

  • Low weight

    Carbon is a particularly lightweight fiber composite material. In many industries, such as aerospace or motorsport, this is one of the most important factors when deciding on the right material. Due to the low density of CFRP (1.55 g/cm³), carbon parts are very often the material of choice.

  • Robustness

    Despite their light weight, carbon parts have an extraordinarily high level of rigidity and strength. They are particularly dimensionally stable and hardly expand at all, even at high temperatures.

  • Weather resistance

    Components made of carbon are highly resistant to environmental influences such as moisture, cold, heat and chemical influences.

  • Moldability

    As fiber composites are textiles in which the various components are woven together in a matrix, the material is extremely malleable before curing in an autoclave. This means that carbon parts can be shaped into almost any desireddesired shape.

  • Style

    Carbon parts have style, it has to be said. Especially in motorsport, carbon parts are very popular for purely visual tuning. The typical carbon pattern stands out and looks classy and modern.

How are carbon parts manufactured?

As already mentioned, our carbon parts are handmade in-house. This starts with the design drawing, which we create personally and individually for your desired carbon part. A 3D model is then created using CAD. If everything is correct, we create a 3D model of the required tool and check it again for accuracy of fit.

Depending on requirements, we then create a carbon fiber negative tool or a direct tool made of aluminum, for example. The production of tools is quite complex, but they can often be used for the production of your carbon part.

Once the tool is ready for use, the next step is to produce the CFRP material blanks. The blanks are then laid out according to the layout plan of the carbon part.

When preparing the component for the autoclave, the carbon parts are vacuum-packed in special tubular film. Once the autoclave has been loaded, we can start “baking” the carbon parts. After several hours of curing in the autoclave, the carbon parts are demolded and, if necessary, machined.

Last but not least, we take care of the “finish”. This involves removing any dust inclusions that may have occurred. The freshly polished workpieces now go through our final inspection and are then dispatched so that you can soon receive your carbon parts.
