It all starts with the idea

With us, the idea for your component takes shape!

We don’t expect our customers to have plans. You have an idea? We’ll turn it into reality. We take care of the fiber-compatible design of your component and create precise design drawings.

  • Step 1

    The idea

    The first step is to talk about your idea. Do you already have a precise idea of what we should create for a fiber composite workpiece? Do you already have something specific in mind or would you like us to present you with a possible solution?

  • Implementation and material issues

    Once the question of the idea has been clarified, we start thinking about its realization. What shape should the component have and what type of fiber composite material is best suited for its implementation?

  • Step 3

    Drawing and CAD data

    In this step, we create an initial concept for the design of the component. This means that we produce a drawing and create CAD data with Solid Works.

  • 3D printing and verification

    The fourth step involves 3D printing the model. We check our concept for accuracy of fit and make any necessary changes.
