Rear wing
Rear wings are probably one of the most popular carbon parts in motorsport. We offer a wide range of E46 M3, E9X M3, F8X M2 / M3 / M4, G8X M2 / M3 / M4 and other wings. And even with parts certificates!
Our carbon rear wings stand for maximum performance, low weight and high-quality carbon production. The various models – including the GTX MK2 series and the Cup rear wing – have been specially developed for sporty road and track vehicles and ensure significantly increased downforce, more stability and improved handling at high speeds. Different wing widths and base heights allow individual adaptation to the look and intended use, from club sport to motorsport.
Canards
Our carbon canards are handcrafted aerodynamic components made of high-quality carbon, specially designed to direct the airflow at the front of the vehicle, increasing grip and performance at high speeds. By redirecting the air over the front wheels, they increase the downforce on the front axle, improve efficiency and reduce drag – ideal for racing cars and sporty vehicles. In combination with other Aeroparts such as rear wings and brake vents, a coordinated performance setup is created that is not only functionally impressive, but also looks sporty.
Front lip
Our front lip set consists of highly developed aerodynamic components made of prepreg carbon, manufactured in an autoclave process and completely Made in Germany. This carbon lip specifically improves the airflow at the front of the vehicle and ensures more downforce, increased stability and more precise handling at high speeds. Thanks to its OEM-like fit, modular extensions such as splitter, undertray and integrated brake ventilation as well as the exchangeable sanding pads, the E90 / E92 M3 front lip is designed for both sporty road vehicles and track use. Parts certificates are available for selected applications!
V-Strut bar
Our V-braces are ultra-light, high-strength bracing elements made of carbon and aluminum that have been specially developed to increase the rigidity of the vehicle structure, significantly reduce weight and noticeably improve torsional strength. The combination of calculated fiber orientation in carbon and stainless aluminum ensures maximum performance with minimum weight, easy plug-and-play installation and long-lasting stability – ideal for anyone who wants to take driving dynamics, handling and quality to a new level.
Strut brace
These carbon cross connectors increase the rigidity of the chassis and body, reduce deformation under load and ensure more precise steering and more stable handling. The combination of lightweight carbon with specifically oriented fibers and an aluminum heat shield guarantees high load-bearing capacity with minimal weight. Thanks to precision manufacturing, the cross connectors are easy to install and noticeably improve performance on the road and track.
Thrust field
A thrust pad is a central reinforcement component in the front end. Made from lightweight yet robust carbon fiber, our thrust field contributes to improved rigidity and therefore more precise handling.
Compared to the original part, the weight is reduced by around 50 % with our carbon thrust plate, while the stiffness is increased by 15-20 %. Like all Carbon Production GmbH components, the thrust plate is made from certified prepreg fibers and is laminated, hardened and tested to the highest quality standards.

Carbon fiber doors
A real highlight for lightweight construction enthusiasts: our frameless doors made from a fiber composite of high-strength carbon fiber and aramid for the E46 M3 and M3 CSL.
The doors are 1:1 interchangeable with the original steel doors and can be fitted plug & play – all standard components such as window regulators, windows, door trim and side impact protection can be retained.
At just approx. 3.5 kg per door, they are among the lightest CFRP doors on the market and save around 19 kg per side.
Fenders
These lightweight elements are made from 100% prepreg carbon using the autoclave process. They reduce weight and create space in the wheel arch. At only approx. 0.7 kg per side, our carbon mudguards offer considerable savings compared to conventional mudguards and at the same time an approx. +10 mm widening to accommodate wider tires and visually and functionally emphasize the track. The fenders have a plug-and-play fit, retain the mounting points for original trim strips, indicators and add-on parts and combine a sporty line with high-quality workmanship. Thanks to our official parts certificate, registration of these motorsport carbon parts is also no problem.
Aerodisc
This stylish motorsport part is an aerodynamic wheel cover (Aerodisc) made of prepreg carbon, which reduces air turbulence on the rim and thus improves the efficiency of the air flow. The laminated aluminum centering ring ensures a precise fit with minimal weight, while the high-quality carbon surface is available in gloss or matt. The Aerodisc is available exclusively from our dealer VOSS Competition exclusively.
Brake ventilation
Our brake vents consist of various aerodynamically shaped air intake funnels and carbon anchor plates that channel cool air directly to the brake disc, significantly improving heat dissipation during braking. The targeted air flow can reduce the temperature of the brake disc by up to 200 °C, which prevents fading and keeps braking performance stable during intensive use. Carbon as a material offers higher thermal conductivity at a significantly lower weight than aluminum.
Rear diffuser
Our rear diffuser is a visual motorsport part in particular. It is an aerodynamically optimized underbody element made of high-quality prepreg carbon that specifically controls the airflow at the rear of the vehicle, reduces negative pressure and improves stability and directional stability. Thanks to defined fins and precisely manufactured geometries, the air is guided more cleanly, which increases efficiency and performance during fast driving. The carbon rear diffuser is lightweight, dimensionally stable and a perfect fit, so that it fits seamlessly into the existing aerodynamic concept of the Z4 models (E85 facelift and E86 coupés).
Rear spoiler lip
Another visual motorsport part is our carbon rear spoiler lip, suitable for all E86 Coupés. Its slim, sporty shape combines functional airflow with elegant design, while the lightweight carbon construction leaves the vehicle weight virtually unchanged. Thanks to precision manufacturing, the rear spoiler lip is easy to fit and can be harmoniously integrated into existing aerodynamic concepts. The carbon rear spoiler lip is the perfect complement to our rear diffuser.
Suction hood
The carbon intake with Airscoop for E46 M3 and M3 CSL is an aerodynamically designed air intake component made of prepreg carbon, which efficiently guides cool fresh air into the front of the vehicle to optimize the intake air supply. The targeted air duct design increases the volume flow and minimizes air turbulence, which contributes to constant power delivery and leads to a measurably lower intake air temperature. The cross intake can be replaced 1:1 with the original intake and is also significantly lighter than the OEM intake system.
